The specimen are deformed when subjected to a load, in the sense of compression or traction, and through a load cell, the equipment, with a maximum capacity of 10 kN, is operated by software that controls the speed of testing and automatically calculates the strength of the material. It can also perform tests at temperatures between -80 oC and 180 oC.
