FENOLITE XP / XXX
Laminates made from special paper, impregnated with phenolic resin by adding modifying agents, developed to meet the requirements of the HP 2061 and HP 2061.5, showing excellent mechanical performance, electrical insulation in low and high voltages.
FENOLITE XP: Product consisting of phenolic resin modified with plasticizers agents with good quality of cold stamping up to 1.5 mm and heated in an oven at 80 oC (average 20 minutes), it is possible to print up to 2.0 mm. Generally used where the electrical insulation properties are secondary characteristics, its predominant color is dark brown. Typical applications: switch, electrical panels, converters, bar supports, etc.
FENOLITE XXX: Phenolic Laminate with high electromechanical characteristics. High voltage insulator, low water absorption, used in electrical panels, mounting rails. Color: orange. Typical applications for the electrical insulation as a spacer for large transformers and generators, switches, insulating parts auto-parts, fluorescent lamps, washers, base of switches, relays breakers, electrical panels etc.
Pieces / Dimensions:
Thickness from 0.5 to 25 mm, width of 1000 mm, length of 1240 mm. Technical parts can be produced in our machining industry, upon presentation of drawings and samples.
